Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Atlas CPA Index agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Intellectual Property

All content on Atlas CPA Index, including text, graphics, logos, and the LIFTS Assessment methodology, is the property of Atlas CPA Index or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
